Our recruitment process
On application, we will review your CV for all the details we need to process your CV. While applying please supply your full CV, current salary, expected salary and notice period. If you do not provide these details your application will be delayed in processing.
You will have to go through the following interview steps on application:
- A initial discussion with HR over telephone on suitability
- A machine test of your skills for technical vacancies only will be conducted face to face in our office .
- A skills interview with our team. This can be over telephone or face to face.
- A HR interview will be conducted face to face in our office.
- On sucessfully passing these stages we will provide you an offer of employment.
- On the day of joining we will provide you with a appointment letter.
- You will be inducted into our team.

Tips for telephonic interviews
Here are the few tips for a proper telephonic interview:
- If you are unable to take the call in case of an emergency, please inform the HR dealing with you in advance. Calls are normally made from our UK office and saves effort on either side.
- Please go to a quite place before you take the call. Being near a busy road or driving while taking the call makes it difficult for both parties to have a proper communication.
- If you are using a mobile phone, then ensure that the phone is fully charged.
- It is always good to use a hands free kit when using a mobile.
- Please note when we make a call to you, we are serious about your candidature, so are you.
