E-governance in the recent years has taken an upward swing as more and more government agencies realise the power of the web.
Over the years Westgate has built numerous web-based applications with the help of our partners in the UK and the US to provide web-based solutions for Government agencies. We understand the sensitivity of the information published and the importance of security. We also are aware of the different guiding Acts and standards that are in place to develop such solutions.

Case study
In line with the policy of tackling obesity and promoting healthy eating, we worked with our partner in the UK to build a web-based healthy eating promotional web tool.
The tool provides advice on healthy eating and encourages parents and teachers to form a healthy cooking club to promote awareness among children and encourage them to cook. The site features are:
- Promote the primary message
- Club formation
- Support on club
- Information sharing
- Progress monitoring
