Business development Manager (M1)
Location - Calcutta,India
We at westgate wish to expand our business development team to:
- promote the Westgate image and brand
- Acquire new leads and business.
The Candidate
The candidate will ideally:
- Have 2-3 years business development experience in a software organization.
- Have a known prospective client base which he/she can use for us.
- Have good communication skills (including web presentation, meetings and cold calling skills)
- Have good proposal writing skills
The applicant is expected to:
- create and generate leads for the company
- Achieve set financial targets for the organization
- Communicate with new client for presentation and lead generation, including proposal writing.
- Creating a business development strategy for the organization.
- Advise decision makers in the organization on brand promotions.
- Create, train and manage a BD team in organization.
- Cold calling
Currently as a start we expect the BDE to achieve a target of Rs.5,00,000 per month on his own.
