Requirement Analysis and specification
In the proposal phase, usually provided during our pitch, we define a brief overview of the system and the time and cost estimates.
In this phase we define the entire system in a textual format along with supporting images and diagrams so that the client has a complete overview of the functionalities of the system and its operational methodologies. While defining the system the following considerations are taken into account:
- Understanding of the business process.
- Understanding of the requirement/ objectives of the project.
- Deciding on the best feasible solution based on usability, scalability and deployment parameters.
- Checking if the solution aligns with the business process objectives.
- Client Feedback on functionality and functional specification.
- Incorporation of feedback.
- Final client approval.
